About Divortex

One manufacturer, two ways to collaborate

Divortex designs and manufactures the DVX brand — automotive care products (exterior, interior, wheels & tires, technical sprays) — at its own production site in Turkey. We are now opening the Moroccan market, with two complementary partnership paths.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before contacting us

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For existing DVX products (distribution), there is no minimum order quantity. For private-label manufacturing, the MOQ is 2,000 units for the liquid range and 6,000 units for the aerosol and additive range.
Can I bring my own formula, or do I have to choose among existing products?
Both are possible: you can select a formula already sold under DVX, or submit a specification for a custom formulation.
Who designs the label and packaging?
You can provide your own design, or have us help adapt it to our standard containers.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
For products already existing in our range, the sample is generally prepared quickly after the request is validated.
What is the production lead time for an order?
For private-label projects, production begins once the design (label/packaging) is approved: this generally takes 4 to 6 weeks after approval. For products already in our existing DVX range, the lead time is shorter, around 3 weeks. These timelines vary with order volume and season — let us know your estimated volume for a precise lead time with your quote.
What is the delivery lead time to Morocco?
Our products are delivered ex-Istanbul. Onward transport to Morocco (sea or air freight) and customs procedures are then arranged according to the shipping method chosen — we can put you in touch with freight forwarders if needed.
Do you ship for export to Morocco?
Yes, export is part of our regular activity. Logistics and customs arrangements are defined together based on your volume and location.
What is the difference between becoming a distributor and manufacturing under private label?
The distributor resells the DVX brand as-is in the Moroccan market. Private label means having products manufactured under your own brand, using our production.
